The didactic components of IDV are designed so that all elements from the control technology, whether pneumatics, electrics, hydraulics, or PLC with function simulators, are coordinated with each other.

This means: In the aluminum groove system in pneumatics or the slide-in system in hydraulics or both in PLC technology with its function simulators, all devices are interchangeable from one system to the other.

For example, you can:

use the electrical devices for electropneumatics as well as for electrohydraulics.
If you have space problems, you can build the pneumatics workstation on the hydraulics training stand and then you have turned the hydraulics station into a pneumatics station for your training in the same place!!
The desired PLC and the corresponding function simulators can then be integrated in the pneumatics and hydraulics stand.
The pneumatics/electro-pneumatics devices can be plugged in a grid of 25/25 mm.
This ensures a high installation density and compatibility with other systems!!

Hybrid technology

We also offer a hybrid workstation for all areas (pneumatics, hydraulics, PLC, measurement technology, electrical engineering). Including S7 programs for 16 exercises that can be called up via BCD preselector.

This means that various technologies can be set up and put into operation without any PLC programming knowledge.
