Mechatronics
Two systems with one goal:
to make your training highly efficient
MCS - Mechatronics Compact System
The MCS system is a concept with many different possible structures. The modules are designed to be installed on work tables. Each individual module is fully functional on its own.
For control, you will find the same PLC that we also offer in our PLC catalog. The Sub-D connectors attached to the PLC training plate ensure simple and uncomplicated installation and commissioning of one or more modules in a network.
One control panel and two MCS modules can be connected to the PLC control from the PLC catalog. In principle, any PLC control can be integrated into this free training system. The delivery always comes with a fully functioning example program. The structured structure allows the individual modules to be assigned to different project groups as project tasks.
This means that many different project groups can solve a wide variety of problems at the same time. The various project groups then have to communicate with their respective "neighbors" about the part transfer and the signal transfer of the various measurement and processing results.
We also offer a PLC control system that is precisely adapted to the hardware for the various structures (MCS-690 to MCS-760), including a sample program!!
The MCS system has a wide range of automation technology components. This allows you to achieve a high degree of efficiency in training.
Mechatronics - MCS-800
The mechatronics technology stations are the same devices as in our MCS catalog.
However, these stations have a complete solution consisting of:
MCS modules (usually two modules) on an aluminum grooved plate
Aluminum trolley with rollers and two brakes
Control keyboard (MCS-560)
Maintenance unit (MCS-540)
PLC, completely wired and provided with a sample program.
The PLC is your choice
The stations can be connected to each other and thus created into a complete production system. In conjunction with our training robot (Magician), this robot can also be mounted on a trolley and thus also carry out the parts transfer. We have various systems in our program, and systems can basically be designed as described in our MCS catalog under each individual module.
